NHCWA Approved Continuing Education Provider Renewal Application
An organization who has previously been an NHCWA Approved Continuing Education Provider for our Multi-Skilled Healthcare Technician Program and are applying for approval for renewal or approval.
Please fill out the application request form and submit the $3500.00 application renewal fee. UPON receipt of the NHCWA Approved Continuing Education Provider Renewal Application fee, you will receive the NHCWA renewal application, checklist, and forms. If your provider status has been lapsed for more that 45-day’s, your institution is no longer authorized to advertise the Multi-Skilled Healthcare Technician Program and you will need to reapply as a new provider.
NHCWA understands the demand for NHCWA’s Multi-Skilled Healthcare Technician Program across the US, but unfortunately were are not accepting any new school provider applications at this time for this program. The applications process will resume again in August of 2023. It is imperative that all schools that are currently approved to offer this program at their institution keep current with their renewal status and stay in compliance. Failure to do so will result in a cease in desist and from advertising this program and the institution will have to wait 18 months to reapply.
